Please note: ClickCease is a security solution, and requires the tag to be placed in first priority in order to be able to offer our solutions.

If the ClickCease tag is installed via Google Tag Manager, make sure to set its priority to 9999. We highly recommend to have the ClickCease tag implemented directly on the website when using Pixel Guard.

Before you start, make sure you have Pixel Guard's prerequisites as mentioned in Pixel Guard Overview

To enable Pixel Guard protection:

1. Navigate to Paid Marketing > Platform Connection

2. In Google Ads, click Pixel Guard

3. Select the desired domain on which you'd like to apply Pixel Guard's protection, and add the relevant Google Tag ID.

In Google Ads:

1. Navigate to Tools > Data manager:

2. Under Connected products > Google tag, click on Manage:

3. Copy the Google tag ID (starting with AW-):

4. Once you located your tag, copy it to the Pixel Guard setup window and select the relevant domain/tag:

Please copy the digits only, without any spaces or dashes, for example: AW-1234567

Make sure to click on Save to complete the process.
