Written by Yoav Kochman

Overview

Bing is a Microsoft search engine. Just like Google, it provides an opportunity to create ads and target a specific audience. As a marketer, you can create ads and exclude audiences* using your Microsoft Advertising account. Currently, ClickCease-Bing integration is limited to audience exclusion, and you can manually add up to 100 IPs to Bing IP blocking.

*Please note that 300 events are required for an audience to be populated.

Implementation Instructions & Related Articles:

Create a New UET tag:

1. In your Microsoft Advertising account, navigate to Conversions> UET tag:

If you already have a UET, please click on the Create button on top of the tags list:

2. In the UET tag name, enter CHEQ Invalid Users Tag.

3. Uncheck the box Enable Microsoft Clarity.

Note: If you have a Sharing option, select Used only by.

5. Click Save and Next.

Please note: The new CHEQ tag name should be different from the previous CHEQ tag (if you already had one).

6. In the Set up tagging section, select Install the tag yourself and click Next:

7. In the new UET tag created, copy and save the Tag ID number only. It is marked "ti", so in the following example, we'll copy 211035179:

Note: the Tag ID will be in use when enabling Audience Exclusion in the ClickCease platform (step #4: Enable Audience Exclusion In ClickCease - Microsoft Bing Ads).

To complete the setup, please continue with Step 2: Create Remarketing Audience
